So the company I work for is a small one. But every job I had and basically everyone elses I know of the vacation days are based on first come first serve right?
Wrong I put mine in and my manager told me I had to wait for the people who had been there longer to see if they were gonna ask off for those days and if they did I wouldn’t get those days. Because it’s senority gets first pick, even though I got mine in before everyone else, it isn’t fair otherwise.
HOW IS THAT FAIR????? there seriously needs to be a WTF tag on here.
